An end-of-lease clean that follows your entry condition report room by room, so the agent signs off first time. The price is fixed from your bedroom and bathroom count before we start, and if anything is flagged within 72 hours we come back free.

• Oven taken apart and degreased, racks and trays included
• Rangehood and filter, cooktop and splashback
• Every cupboard and drawer inside and out, drawer runners
• Benchtops, sink and taps polished, dishwasher filter and seals

Bathrooms and laundry

• Shower screens descaled, tiles and grout scrubbed
• Mould on ceilings and around windows treated
• Toilet including the base and cistern, vanity inside and out, mirrors
• Exhaust fan covers, laundry trough and taps

Every room

• Skirting boards, door frames, light switches and power points
• Windows and tracks inside, blinds and sills dusted
• Walls spot-cleaned, cobwebs and marks removed
• Wardrobes and shelves wiped inside
• Floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets vacuumed

Not included

Carpet steam cleaning, wall washing, balconies and garages are optional extras you can add on the quote. If a property is well beyond normal wear we'll tell you before we start, never after.
