Bond cleaning to your entry condition report, priced from your bedroom and bathroom count before we start. If your agent flags anything within 72 hours, we come back and fix it free.

What's included

Kitchen

• Oven taken apart and degreased, racks and trays included
• Rangehood and filter, cooktop and splashback
• Every cupboard and drawer inside and on top, drawer runners
• Benchtops, sink and taps polished, dishwasher filter and seals
• Fridge cavity wiped out if the fridge has gone

Bathrooms and laundry

• Shower screens descaled, tiles and grout scrubbed
• Mould on ceilings and around windows treated
• Toilet including the base and cistern, vanity inside and out, mirrors
• Exhaust fan covers, laundry trough and taps

Every room

• Skirting boards, door frames, light switches and power points
• Cornices and cobwebs, heater and air-con vents
• Wardrobe interiors, shelves and tracks
• Inside windows, sills and aluminium window tracks, blinds dusted
• Hard floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets vacuumed

Cupboard interiors, corners and window tracks are where inspections are lost, so they are the first things we do, not the last.

Not included
